Shyla Oommen

Shyla P. Oommen is a creative strategist who is experienced in managing people & maximizing efficiency through utilizing the individual strengths of the team.

Areas of work that she is interested in are analysis, marketing, strategic management, and anything else that calls for creativity & curiosity.

​

During her free time, Shyla models, writes poetry & songs, fashion designs, dances, and plays piano. 

​

Her education consists of a bachelor's degree with a major in Project, Design, & Analysis with a Merchandising minor at the University of North Texas (2023).  Additionally, she furthered her education in a Master of Business Administration with a focus of Strategic Management at the University of North Texas (2024).

Shyla involves her optimistic attitude wholly into her work.

When working in teams, she ensures the team dynamic flows efficiently & that the work environment is uplifting & a welcoming place for ideas.

Furthermore, she plans everything according to the needs of the client & the needs of their customers.

​

She has a passionate, driven, and curious spirit while also holding a strong risk & control mindset.

Holistically, Shyla has a strong and driven work ethic in anything that she puts her mind to.

Why do I work?

At my core, I stay driven in what I do because I have a duty to use my gifts from God to make an impact full of value through anything possible. If I can make a difference in one persons life, I am personally glad. I only hope to reach as far as I can and bring joy in people's hearts.
